FUTURECOACH is a European Erasmus+ VET partnership that modernises coach education by fusing artificial intelligence, VR/AR and wearable tech with proven pedagogy. Our mission is to give every coach—especially those from disadvantaged or under-resourced settings—the digital tools and know-how needed to raise athlete performance and foster inclusion.
We strive to make high-quality, technology-enhanced coaching education accessible to every coach in Europe, regardless of background or resources. By combining research, innovation and collaboration, FUTURECOACH helps coaches create inclusive, athlete-centred environments.
Across four countries we co-design practical, evidence-based resources—mobile tools, interactive modules and policy briefs—that enable coaches to integrate AI video, VR/AR practice and wearable analytics into day-to-day training.
